the Negotiation of Context is a collection of pieces created by David Brynjar Franzson for keyboard instruments and percussion. One of our closest collaborators, we travelled with Franzson to Troy, NY to record the complete work. This disc is the result of a residency at Rensselaer's Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center (EMPAC).
The CD version contains a video of us performing (B), as well as an exhaustive booklet wherin Franzson explains some of the ideas behind in the piece in detail.
